The Guannan Road Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jingzhou, China treats industrial wastewater, with a total designed capacity of 140,000 m³/day and a current operating capacity of 35,000 m³/day (Phase I – Stage 1). The process integrates biological treatment with advanced ozone oxidation and CUF (submerged ultrafiltration combined with activated carbon MBR). The CUF system has a total membrane area of 56,000 m² with a design lifespan of over 5 years. Since full operation in 2023, the plant has consistently met Class 1A discharge standards, achieving stable effluent quality with turbidity ≤ 0.1 NTU.

This municipal upgrade project improves a conventional treatment plant (grit chamber, sedimentation, and bio-rotor) to meet higher standards. The 6,000 m³/day system now uses advanced MBR technology with a membrane flux of 18 LMH, achieving effluent turbidity below 0.1 NTU.

This system recycles 10,000 m³/day of industrial wastewater into 20,000 m³/day of high-quality reclaimed water, reducing freshwater use and wastewater discharge. UF + RO membranes ensure low turbidity (≤0.2 NTU) and long-term reliable operation.

Commissioned in March 2020, this project treats 1,000 m³/day of medical wastewater using A²⁰ + MBR technology, consistently meeting Class A effluent standards.

Ningbo Beilun Wastewater Treatment Plant features a treatment capacity of 89,000 m³/day and 144,000 m² of membrane area, utilizing an advanced UF + RO dual-membrane process to provide stable, high-quality reclaimed water for sustainable wastewater treatment and reuse.

Completed in 2019 by Hunan CRRC Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., this municipal emergency project treats 5,000 m³/day of wastewater. The system has been running reliably ever since, ensuring stable and efficient municipal water management.
