Water reuse plays a critical role in resource recovery and sustainable water management, particularly in water-intensive industries.
This project was developed by ×× Group for a coal chemical enterprise, aiming to treat on-site wastewater and achieve reclaimed water reuse, thereby reducing freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge.
The treatment process consists of Pretreatment + UF + RO, ensuring stable operation and high-quality reclaimed water production.
The designed wastewater treatment capacity is 10,000 m³/day, with influent quality including COD ≤30 mg/L, TDS ≤10,000 mg/L, hardness ≤2,000 mg/L (as CaCO₃), and pH 6–9.
After treatment, the reclaimed water meets strict reuse requirements, achieving COD ≤5 mg/L, TDS ≤100 mg/L, hardness ≤10 mg/L (as CaCO₃), and pH 6–9, making it suitable for industrial reuse.
Jianrong membrane products demonstrate stable performance in this application, delivering higher operating flux, reliable effluent quality, longer membrane service life, and reduced chemical consumption, effectively supporting long-term system operation and water resource recycling.
