Municipal Wastewater Treatment Project
With increasingly stringent discharge standards, municipal wastewater treatment plants face growing pressure to maintain stable operation and control operating costs, especially under fluctuating influent conditions and strict nitrogen and phosphorus removal requirements. Jianrong provides a municipal wastewater treatment solution integrating biological treatment and advanced CUF (Carbon Adsorption Ultrafiltration) membrane technology. The process consists of pretreatment, biological treatment, and CUF membrane filtration, ensuring efficient pollutant removal and long-term stable effluent quality. The solution is designed for large-scale municipal projects with a treatment capacity of 35,000 m³/day. Typical influent quality includes COD ≤300 mg/L, NH₃-N ≤25 mg/L, TN ≤60 mg/L, and TP ≤8 mg/L. After treatment, the effluent consistently meets strict discharge standards, achieving COD ≤30 mg/L, NH₃-N ≤5 mg/L, TN ≤10 mg/L, and TP ≤0.4 mg/L. With Jianrong MBR membranes, the system delivers higher operating flux (30–35 L/m²·h), lower effluent turbidity (≤1 NTU), longer membrane service life (≥8 years), and reduced chemical consumption, effectively lowering overall operation and maintenance costs.
